Im in my 15th day of induction. I feel fine and I can with no problem stay in this phase for more a couple of weeks.
My doubts are: I read that ppl who plan to loose more than 50 pounds can stay a bit longer on induction, to improve their results or because they need a little extra time to have their bodies used to a new eating program.
On the other hand, as A member here reminded me, I didnt lose much but I lost actually 10% of my total goal, so I should moove to phase two.
what do you guys think I shoud do??
