  • doubts doubts doubts....

    Hi,

    Im in my 15th day of induction. I feel fine and I can with no problem stay in this phase for more a couple of weeks.
    My doubts are: I read that ppl who plan to loose more than 50 pounds can stay a bit longer on induction, to improve their results or because they need a little extra time to have their bodies used to a new eating program.
    On the other hand, as A member here reminded me, I didnt lose much but I lost actually 10% of my total goal, so I should moove to phase two.

    what do you guys think I shoud do??

    Personally I think you should do what you are comfortable with. To lose 10% of your target weight loss is a good figure.

    If you do continue with induction, try to knock the coffee on head for a while. I read that you were drinking 1 mug a day. You shouldnt really be drinking caffeine at all. Get rid of that, and you should lose more.

          Im addicted yes. It is not the headaches I get if I stopp. My blod pressure is very low and it gets worse without coffee. Now it is not that bad, but during summer I actually faint.

                decaffeinated (sp) green tea is fine.

                But nothing with caffeine I'm afraid.

                  last time he said it was a good thing. That it is hight pressure ppl should worry about....and to have coffee when I need it.
