Where do you get ketosis strips?

I can't find them anywhere! The reason why I ask is because I seem to be in some sort of a lull, and I'm not doing anything different. . . .

Since you are in Michigan..... Have a Meijers nearby? Thats where I found mine, in the pharmacy area with the diabetic stuff.

Just about any pharmacy should have them. If you have a Wal-Mart nearby, they have them too, near the vitamins or diet products.

in our drugstores here, they're in the pharmacy section. you have to ask for them, they usually keep them behind the counter. i don't know why....but that's where i always get them.

Like Rockhoppa, I've always had to ask the pharmacist for them because they've been kept behind the counter.

Thanks a lot! I'm going to try that first thing tomorrow. . . I would just go to Wal-Mart, but I live in no-whereland and the closest one is 45 minutes away, lol.

Remember that lulls or pauses are common....frustrating, yes...but common. Have you read this yet?

Don't get too hung up on the ketostix...they can't tell you whether the ketones are from the fat on your hips or the fat that you just ate in your dinner so really, they aren't telling you much of anything.

If you have a CVS around you they make a brand of Ketostix.... They are 9.99 for 50, or 14.99 for 100. I like them the most out of the more expensive brands... They are back by the diabetic supplies by the pharmacy... I live in Indiana and thats where I get them... Good Luck.

I'm pretty sure you guys have an walmart,theres a Walmart everywhere! If you go to walmart, you will find them close to the area where there is a pharmacy,they work great!! good luck in your search!

I ordered mine on www.netrition.com and got 100 for 5.99. they are pretty big and I can make them last by cutting them in two so I have more. But that is the cheapest I've seen before.

If your in the UK you can get ketostix in boots for about £5.50 for 50 sticks.. If you're not in the UK well...dunno.

I always understood that ketostix were the only way to tell if you were ketosis or not.

Any enlightenment on this issue would be much appreciated.

Also, Walgreens has their own brand in the diabetic section. Bottle of 50 for $9.99 .
