again more doubts...
Can it be that im not eating enough fats??
I know we need them.I read also that cheese can slow you down, so Im not eating as much as I did before...
so here is f. ex. what I ate yesterday.
3 slices of gouda cheese. +/- 50 grs.
salmon and lettuce
small steak and lettuce.
Im awfully afraid of eating more and gain back the few kilos I lost already. But I have the feeling Im not eating enough and Im not getting enough fats.
can anyone help me with this???
