  • again...

    Im baclk to induction again.
    Im olmost reaching the end of my 4th week and Im only 4 kilos down. I know we have to be patient and calm..but I need to see the scale mooving again a bit.
    my mini goal was to go down 6 kilos in 5 weeks.
    It is not too much is it?

    first why did you leave OWL? were you out of ketosis? if not you need to go back there and work your OWl plan so you can see if you were having a food issue a food group issue or a too many carb issue.

    Induction is fine as a begining and for those severly over weight but it is the folk who take the time in OWL to learn their bodies reactions to foods and food groups that are going to be the life time goalies cause they know what foods to avoid and what to have and rcognize their blood sugar reactions to bad foods quickly and learn how to deal with that successfully because they have been practicing it for several months before moving to premaintenance.

    6 kilos in 6 weeks is according to your siggy 20% of the needed to lose weight for you. remember weight loss amounts are all relative to the amount of weight they need to lose. for a 300+ pounder like me that would be over 28 pounds.
    You are doing fine and need to move on with the phase work so you can keep shedding inches of fat as you morph your body adding muscle mass and some fluid mass in the process.
