  • Im going to extend

    I am on 3rd week of induction I think I will stay here until the end of the month and then start OWL...unless anyone disagrees...??

    I dont disagree, in fact I would encourage you to do what makes YOU happy. Keep up the good work.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Hi Chelsea

      You have been doing great so far
      your body is the only one you have to be careful not to disagree with!!
      this said, if you are not bored with your food choices and not tired of induction you can stay here as long as you like
      make sure, as you don't have a lot of weight to lose, you give yourself enough time to climb the OWL ladder and be able to move to premantainance when you are at 5-10 pounds from your goal

        Thanks guys...Im not that bored with foods but i may change to other acceptable foods on list as ive stuck to the same foods this first 3 weeks so doing that will bring some changes...!!

          I am on Induction too and haven't finished with experimenting all the veggies options DA listed as acceptable
