  • Induction and stop smoking advice

Well,Finally I am on strict Induction the first time around I may have lost 10 lbs but then fell off the wagon so I have made a decsion and I am doing this strict(even gave up caffeine this time)which hasnt been has bad as I thought it would be.
Well, I have plans to stop smoking this weekend(I will be out of smokes by then and refuse to buy anymore)I am although a bit worried if this will make me "BLOW" it again.I am telling myself I can make myself NOT blow it.But when it comes down to actually not smoking Im not sure how I will act.My Question is does anyone have any advice for me? I was wondering if there is anything at all that I can suck on.ANy type of sugarless carbless gum that is allowed on Induction?
    Thanks Yall!

Hello. Congratulations. I'm so proud of you. I did it and so can you. The cigarettes are hard to quit, but get some photos of diseased lungs and look at them daily. That disqusted me and I've never thought of smoking again. I smoked over a pack a day for twenty-two years so I know it is hard.

The Atkins and the smoking each become easier with each day. Don't look at it as depriving yourself...instead think of it as improving yourself with a new life-style full of healthy habits!!

You have a right to be healthy and happy. You have the tools (DANDR) to do it and you have the support system to make it happen. We are all here with you and doing what we preach. We want to see you succeed and become the YOU that you want to be!! Nobody can stop you!!
