15 cups and I normally do 20 cups in a day. 9pm so im behind today...

We do litres here. 4 x 8 oz glasses = 1 litre. I am on my third one so far and it is 10:57 am. I usually do 4-5 per day.Odille

How much have I drank so far...? Well...lets see....I started on March 16, 2004 and I drink at least 64 ounces a day, so that's 707 days X 64 ounces = 45,240 ounces.
Of course that's a rough figure and I'm erring on the conservative side.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
