I've been looking through my food diary and I've noticed my carbs are slowly creeping ever downward.
Today I've only had about 12 or so grams of carbs, mainly because most of my carbs come from leaves (lettuce, rocket,spinach,cress, etc)
Is it serious to be under like this or is it ok to totter along on under 15 grams of carbs a day?
