I work in an office where they cater lunch everyday. Its good and its bad. The good, there is always a protein and salad bar.
. The bad, I'm already tired of Salads. I don't eat Poulty, ver Allergic, so I ate Roast Beef Lettuce wraps. They were good. I've already lost 22 pds in 6 weeks and will continue. My question is, why does Roast Beef have carbs? According to DR Atkins carb counter it has 2.x carbs per six ounces. Also, is Lunch meat dangerous? I tend to eat a lot of it since I can't eat chicken.
