  • Day 1 of Induction Again!

    Well here I am....back on the induction train.

    Breakfast:

    2 eggs
    shredded cheese
    pat a butter

    What did everyone start off with today?

    Going to go home for lunch. It's probably gonna be a tuna and a spinach salad day for me. No meat today.

    why back on induction again? Are you out of ketosis? if not just keep doing what you were doing andif you were stalled back your cals down a bit.
    if you are out of ketosis as a vet we are supposed to just eat for a few days to get back in ketosis and then jump back to where we were in our Atkins before we got derailed.

              Cool..we can be buddies! LOL! Be suffering together.

              Lunch:
              spinach salad

              spinach
              mushrooms
              cauliflower
              cucumber
              ranch

              I have 1 cup of veggies left for the day...

              Dinner:

              sauteed shrimp
              raw spinach (1 cup) cooked

              Also...running running running...oh and crunches!

                  Yes...cleo i did gross over but i'm back. I was maintaining but like my ticker says i still have some to go. I need to just start from stratch again. THis day has been really tough on me. No starbucks for breakfast....no dark chocolate as a snack this afternoon. I really see that I was going down hill. I did manage to maintain..but that's from running everyday...i know that now.

                    exercise is a blessing anda curse itallows us more carbs and more total fuel but if we don't keep doing it and even increase it we stop losing and should we ever lower the amount we do we GAIN. you going to do induction for all of lent as your sacrific?

                      Yes...induction is my sacrifice and some extra exercise. I know this is gonna be hard for me but it's for a good reason. I enjoy doing something for lent that's really trying versus like some people (my family) i'm gonna give up sweets or i'm gonna give up "fast food". That does a whole lot people...maybe you should try eating right for a couple of weeks!

                        I too am on induction Day 3. Doing well; feeling somewhat fuzzy brained lol more than I have been but still doing good. GOTTA KEEP WITH IT.
