  • 1 Jan - 2 March

    Hi All from sunny Australia,

Well - I am as shocked as anyone when I say that I am still going strong with Atkins. I have pretty much completed 2 months on induction and the compliments are coming at work EVERYDAY! I really still cant believe it when people say that I look good!?!? What!?!? Me!?!? Looking good?? No!!

But I have to be just polite and say, well thanks.. (bearing in mind that these are the people that scoffed at Atkins at the start).

Anyway, I am rambling... the point of my post is this:

DONT GIVE UP - Keep going strong. The resluts HAVE TO COME!! It is Scientific!! (Well to me) It will take time, and loads of effort, but ALL GOOD THINGS DO!! And I am the worst person to stick to something. SO IT CAN BE DONE!!!

Keep living the Atkins life!!! And believe in this WOE!!!

    Peace
    Hydra

It's so easy when a person is starting out to fret and worry about the day to day stuff, and it's always great to hear from someone who let time run it's course and see what happens. Good for you! Keep on going and think about where you'll be in a year!
