Difficult to comment without seeing what you have entered into fitday, so can you post a link to your account?
To do this you will have to make your account public - go to the home tab of fitday and scroll down to the bottom where you can click on 'make my journal public' You will be given a url you can post which will allow us to see the details.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Sally is right - but it might be you have chosen the quantities incorrectly or chosen for example 'omelette' and fitday has given you figures for an omelette made with milk and margarine, when you have used plain egg and cooked it in butter!
I never choose those kind of entries but enter each individual ingredient, so in that example I would enter how many of what size raw eggs I used plus the 1/8th of an ounce of butter I cooked it with to get a more accurate result.

You have to be careful with FitDay because it defaults to amounts you might not necessarily consider. For example, when I went to enter "egg" it brought me, instead of one egg, the nutrition info for a CUP of eggs: big difference. Double check to make sure your quantities are correct. Fast food hamburgers are quite calorically dense (unless you made this yourself) so yes, I would look again and post your link.

Yeah, I agree. Watch the defaults. Other then that, I find it really good. I pretty much use the custom food options whenever I can.

just as you can fill two bags of foods at the store and spend $20 or you can 1/2 fill one bag and spend over $100 depending on what you bought, so too does the caloric value of foods vary by the amount of water in them. veggies in salad are full of water and as such low carb low fat low protein and low cal for a very lage pile while something like a pile of nuts is high fat, higher protein, low carb, high cal. your nutritonal values for the foods you choice even when they are low carb will determine the caloric value of the food.
