  • a bit frustrated-

to say the least i am a bit frustrated! i have been doing really well but it seems as though i am at a stall and have been here for a few months. i cannot get past this weight i am at. i have been on candigone for about 8 days and was hoping- just 1 pound- nope nothing. i work out regularly, i am happy with my food intake and still nothing!! i am trying not to get down about this but it has been a few months. i am not going off the wol, basically just wanted to express my frustration- thats it really.

Pipee, you are not alone. My body just seems to love this weight.
Are you losing inches though?? That is the real test!

Perhaps you could post a few days menu's in the 'review my menu' forum just to see if there is anything that can be tweaked. How's the exercise going?

excercise is definately not the problem. typically 4 times a week i run for 40 minutes and the 5th day i lift weight.-- completely comfortable with the excercise. i will post my menu- i have candida so i dont eat many foods- i am wondering about portions- give me a few days and i will post.

          hi Pippa

How much more weight are you hoping to lose?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I can certainly understand the frustration. Have you been seeing improvements in your exercise goals, like doing more miles, working out at a higher intensity? Sometimes I had to focus on another goal other than weight to get my mind off it. For me it was running faster or lifting more, but it really could be anything not even diet related. Focus on something you can control like effort, and let the weight happen when it will.
