    just a little update
    6 weeks
    24 pounds!!!

    YIPPEE!!!!

    It was 4 weeks 18 pounds. Who knew Atkin's could be so easy? I know there will be bumps in the road eventually, but so far so good.

    I don't post much, but I come here to read for inspiration a lot.

                Congrats on all your success and your determination not to cheat. 4.5 pounds per week is phenomenal. Keep up the great work and you'll be at goal before you know it.

                    I haven't yet. I think I may add a few more carbs from veggies and see what happens.

                    When you do well on induction levels, it's a bit scary making the move to OWL. I think I'll just take it slowly through the rungs???

                      Great job!!

                      Don't be afraid to move to OWL .. this plan has 4 phases for a reason .. they work!! Just keep to the rules and you'll do fantastic!

                        Yeah, I'll be paranoid to add anything - even veggies!! But ... I definitely have to stay on extended induction for a few!!!
                        THIS TIME and for the LAST TIME, I will do this!!

                            Please don't be afraid of OWL!! Its great, and you can move as slow as you like. I have been on rung 1 for a few weeks. I am moving on to Dairy this week. I have still lost weight on OWL, so don't worry. You are doing great, be proud of yourself!!

                              EXCELLENT results! You are doing great!! Looks like you have a high metabolism, be thankful, not everyone does! Your weight loss is really good, just keep doing what your doing!
