so i missed the deadline for bootcamp
BUT i am still going to do my own clean induction!! i am posting my goals here and my questions etc. so i hope ya'll can help me and support me
goal # 1) ABOSULUTY CLEAN induction for 20 days starting 3/17 and ending 4/6
goal # 2) CAFFIENE FREE by 3/20
goal # 3) RISE AND SHINE- getting up by 9am every morning and to the gym by 9 am weekday morning and by noon on weekends.
goal # 4) DRINK 100oz of water a day
these are my goals and so far so good today....i figure that if i try and give up caffeine on the weekend i won't be messed up for all the work i have to do during the week....and water is always key! well i better hurry if i want to get to the gym on time! (since it's vaca i am counting today as a weekend)
