Re: Pork Rinds
Be careful with them, they caused me to stall. I love them, but had to give them up. I hope they don't cause you the problem they did me. As 2big would say, happy low carbing!
What would we do without it?

Re: Pork Rinds
The real danger with pork rinds is first the sodium (water retention) and second they might also cause to eat when you are not hungry. Keeping those two things in mind and guarding against just mindless snacking, I would say eat away. Just because they are an acceptable food does not mean you can constantly snack on them. If that was the case, I'd eat a package of bacon as my snack food. If you are hungry and need a snack, go right ahead.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

Re: Pork Rinds
The good news is those 2 pounds are just a temporary fluctuation not to be too discouraged about. Just as the water can be retained, it can also just as easily be flushed. Help it along by drinking extra water today.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

Re: Pork Rinds
Hi all
there is a bag of hard ones called cracklins, you take 1.5 oz and simmer a little til there are semi soft, set aside, cook chopped onions, tomatoes, hot pepper(op), then combine with butter and add 2-3 whipped eggs until done, makes a good meal.....
