  • I'm extended!

Today is day 16, and I'm going to stay on induction for at least another week or two. I'm enjoying the simplicity of my meals. I'm so busy getting ready to leave the army, that this is really a perfect, reflexive way for me to eat for a little bit longer. I've lost about 14 pounds in the first two weeks, which I'm very happy with. That's around a third of my initial goal loss. A third I want to ultimately be 60 pounds less than my start weight, so in that case, it's around one fifth of my loss. Anyway, I'm going to wait on owl for another week or two and then move on.
