    Hang in there DRosa, mine was the same for 3 weeks then it just started down again, it is frustrating but I learned from all of these guy that write here on this site that it will work, do not forget your water

        YOu need to eat more girl! MAke sure you are eating more fat this is a high fat diet.
        Are you drinking 64oz per day ?
        That will help you alot! Have you tried www.fitday.com it really has helped me with my menu. Keep up the good work!
