    Well its has been 29 days since I started this wol, and so far a total of 16 lbs gone.
    I only lost 1lb this past week and I am sure it is because I DIDNT DRINK ENOUGH WATER! Needless to say I am drinking more than enough this week.
    Hopefully I will have better results in a few more weeks.

    Hey Michael, congrats on your weight loss. On a positive note losing at a slower rate such as 1-2 lbs per week will help make sure it is definetly fat being lost and not muscle weight.

    Body fat: 30+% to 6.5%

      Thanks for the info.
      I have been doing wieght training as well as some cardio.
      I have been waking up craving my workouts!!
      Never before in my life includung Army life, have I ever craved a workout. This wol is addicting, in a good way.
      Another day, in a new weigh!!!

          CONTINUING WITH INDUCTION!
