  • omg i cant believe what i did

    For weeks I do so well then all of a sudden I do something so WRONG.I work here at a group home and I bought ice cream sandwhiched for the guys I care for.OMG I JUST HAD 2 of them.I know I know right back on track...but why did I do this.???????????????????????????????? I am angry at myself











    These goals maybe pushing it but I am gonna give it my all.

    Re-Start Date: March 31, 2008

    Starting Weight: 265 lbs. Highest ever!

    Goal Weight: 175 lbs. (as of now)

    Goals:

    1)April 30th- 250 lbs.

    2)June 9th- (My 35th Birthday)225 lbs.

    3)July 29th- (Parents 36th Anniversary)199 lbs.:dancing1

    *To be under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teen would be the best gift I could give them.

    Yeah. It sucks what we do sometimes. Shake it off, and back on track. Remember the anger next time though.

          Like they say shyt happens! It is good to beat yourself up just a little, this way you know what you did was not right and can try to avoid what you did in the future. Take time to reflect on how you felt before, during and after and why you should not eat it again in the future and then focus an extreme amount of pain on eating the icecream again. That's a little from Anthony Robbins personal power, what I used to quit smoking over a year ago. Now I am using it to loose weight!

          Hey get back up here, there is plenty of room left onthe wagon for ya!

            'Eh, I messed up this weekend too! I was playing poker at a friends house. I didn't take "acceptable" foods with me. I drank a couple beers and ... MACARONI salad!!! Yep! I messed up! But ... I'm right back on it. Why did I do it? Because the woman who makes the macaroni salad makes it almost EXACTLY like my grandma's mac salad! So ... I ate it. And, I really didn't want to ask the host of the game .. "Excuse me, but, do you have anything LOW CARB??" .. so I ate it. Then, what p{ssed me off ... a little later, during the next game, they sliced peperoni and cheeses!!!

            Oh well ... beating myself up isn't an option! I'll just remember next time to pack a cooler with things that I CAN eat and take a few bottles of water!!!

            I'm right back on! I most likely set additional weight loss back but ... I can't change yesterday! I can only move on to tomorrow!!!

            Just brush yourself off!!
