I have to own up for this, as a way to help myself from doing it again.
I got a couple of the Atkins bars
because I was SO hungry in the afternoon. I was also eating too much cheese. I gained a little, but am back on track at 167.8 this morning...almost to 167 again! I realize I was being very bad!!
I am packing more in my lunch , and bringing 4 cubes of cheese as a satisfying mid morning snack. Not sure what to eat for an afternoon snack though...is beef jerky ok?
Maybe someone could help me with some suggestions...mainly a snack for the mid-afternoon (at work) that doesn't have to be refridgerated?
