For water the magic minimum number seems to be 64oz per day
- some posts on the forums talk of increasing this by certain quantities to cover missed exercise sessions, amount of weight to be lost etc - I don't have a problem consuming the water but wondered how it should be calculated for the individual - thanks (the book is on order and should be here soon)
