Does anyone know of any side salads at fast food places that are low in carbs like perhaps wendys or burger king?

Re: Salads at fastfood places?
Oh, yes! Salads are one of my staple foods to eat out. Wendy's side salad and Ceasar salads are both very good. I feed the tomatoes from the side salad to one of my kids. At www.calorieking.com you can check on the carb count of the different dressing packets from fast food places before you order. The ceasar dressing packet has 1 gram. The ranch and blue cheese have 3 or 4 grams per packet. Because the dressing comes in a packet on the side, you can decide how much to add to your salad. Do not use the Oriental Seasame dressing! It's loaded with sugar.
Besides the side salads, I really like the Wendy's chicken BLT salad as a lunch or dinner meal. I don't eat the tomatoes or croutons and I order blue cheese instead of the honey mustard dressing.
Did you know that any of the sandwiches from subway can be made into a salad instead? They came out with a Big Itallian sub with a rediculous amount of meat. It makes a fantastic salad! I order it with two packets of ranch dressing so I can make two meals out of it because I'm just stuffed after eating half.

Check out the nutritional info to those salads. Here's a link with most of the fast food nutritional info links:

Sometimes the meat in the salads have sugar or the bacon bits are fake or some other dubious thing is going on.
