Re-start weight 210.6------10/23/07 Re-re-start again weight 215--3/02/08
Was on atkins 1.5 years ago and went from 250-170! My mistake:catfight , not going through all phases here I am again 215 trying to do it rite this time!:walking

it was a hard decision to cheat. I'm so focused on my diet and my health right now, that I didnt want to set it back, even a little bit.
but I thought about it a lot and decided that I only get to have that dish about once or twice a year, and it was worth it to me to do it.
right now its a strange situation because the restaurant owner sent us home with a big tupper full of the rice and beans, and its sitting in the fridge. i haven't made up my mind, but i think im not going to have any. i think the one time was great, and a follow up wouldnt be as good. besides im so excited to see the scale move, that any slowing or stalling would really bum me out.
