If you are doing extended induction they are not on the acceptable list of induction foods.

      Re: Low carb Tortillas

I can't remember off the top of my head, but generally the ingredients are soy, nut, and whole wheat flour so those would probably be ok on the nut rung. Usually after fiber is suggested they'll run anywhere from 3 - 5 carbs. There is a ton of fiber in them, I've actually found that eating one of these is more effective on moving myself along than flax.

My favourite brand is La Tortilla Factory, they used to have these awesome mixed flavour packs but now I can only find the Whole Wheat flavour which is good too.

I use the La Tortilla Factory ones. I like them a lot and they cause me no problems regarding weight loss at all. Not for induction though! I buy them at Kroger and have tried the Original and Green Onion flavors.

          Re: Low carb Tortillas

According to the ingredients list they all contain
Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Oat Fiber, Soy Bean Flour,
so would become 'Atkins-legal' once you reach the grains rung of OWL.

Maybe till then you could experiment with maybe making psyllium or flax pancakes to use instead?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
