I did flub up yesterday ... just went off and ate oatmeal ("reduced sugar") for breakfast and then spaghetti for dinner! Ugh!
My stupid husband (yes, I called him "stupid" - sue me! lol but he knows better!!) made a yellow cake with cream cheese icing and cherries on top last night while I was sleeping. Got up this morning and ... THERE IT WAS in the refrigerator! Was I able to let it there and NOT take a little piece??? NOPE! Sure wasn't!
But, after that this morning, I'm doing much better today and haven't ate anything "bad" since. I finally got into a pair of pants I haven't been able to fit into for almost two months so ... to mess up badly and not rebound would NOT be good. So, again, I go back on it. Ugh. It's SO SO SO SO SO hard!
Tonight for dinner, pork chops, salad, and green beans. For dessert, sugar-free jellow with heavy cream whipped w/ splenda. Then, I'll pack a lunch for tomorrow and make a breakfast ahead of time ...
I don't know WHY I just feel like quitting when I see results. Obviously, I've failed somewhere along the lines being that I'm still having cravings.
