  • Cooking with White Wine

I have been cooking with white wine for my shrimp and chicken. Will this make you stall ?

Also, anyone know about the Tasty Kake Sensables?

Also I am craving chicken Quesadillas, does anyone have a good recipe substitute for this??

    Thank you in advance

Alcohol will probably delay any weightloss because your body will use it instead of any carbs/fat/protein as fuel and store those!!

As to the Tasty Kake Sensables - I have no idea what they are but suspect anything with wacky spelling!! Look at the ingredients to make sure all the listed ingredients are on the allowed list for induction. So if it contains soy, wheat, fruit or nuts products it will not be allowed on induction.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Stay away from the 'tasty kake', that stuff will only stall you and cause food cravings. Look in the food forum for legal foods, like the Mock Danish. Check there for dinner plans and such.
What would we do without it?

I agree with Elizellen. Contrary to popular cooking belief, alcohol does not "cook out" completely from the foods.

Plus the sugars in the wine remain in the food as well.

Wine and spirits are completely legal during OWL.

I was surprized when I read about the alcohol about 7 years ago in a newspaper column because I was always taught the alcohol burned off with cooking.
