I'm on extended and was thinking of using oil and vinegar on my salads instead of my normal creamy ceasar 0 carbs. Due to the fact that my fat% is a little high like 70% instead of the 65% it should be. So if I eliminate the ceasar I will decrease the fat% and then try to increase the protein%. Any thoughts?
