Ok...I didnt' eat anything "bad" yesterday. I stepped on the scale this morning and went from 164.2 to 165.6
For breakfast I had a hamburger pattie and a slice of whooshie pie...snack was 5 cubes of muenster cheese (each cube was about .75 inches). Lunch was 3 cups of salad and a slice of whooshie pie again (keeps me full). Afternoon snack, 2 deviled eggs. Dinner...2 hot dogs.
The hot dogs didn't have sugar (or if it did, it was a trace). Could I gain that much from sodium/water retention?
p.s. drinking right amount of water too!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
