Hey guys, long time no talk. I just wanted to give a quick update on my progress. Im sorry i dont really have any pictures, i kinda dont have a digital camera at hand, however, the way my clothes fit are proof enough.
After 3 months on extended induction, i have lost over 55 pounds, down to ~250, and gone down ~ 2 sizes, from a tight 44 to a decent 40. Mind you, i've still got a way to go, but its going strong. I do lean off course once in a blue moon, but i find myself right back on the bandwagon in no time.
I know, its tough guys, its real tough when you start. But it works, and i love it.
