I was doing pretty good and the last about...oh 9 to 10 days, I have been totally stalled around the same 5 pounds on the scale. And I measured myself again this morning and I'm not losing inches either....
I haven't eaten anything bad, been drinking all my water and exercising. (even got 30 minutes in on the elliptical yesterday!)
I thought maybe I'd had too much processed meat (bacon etc...) so I've cut that back and the only real thing I could think it could be is maybe that I've been borderline sick and have had a really bad cough, so I got some of the Diabetic Robitussin...No sugar or alcohol....but I noticed it does have Dextrose.
So could that be what's been stalling me? Is there anything I can do to kind of kickstart myself back up?
