I'm so excited! I fianlly lost 25 lbs.
This is a big deal for me since I am now lighter than when I became pregnant for my 4th child last year! Plus, a great bonus is I can now fit into a pair of pants that I couldn't squeeze into a month ago! These are the windpants I wore DURING my 1st pregnancy. I was so depressed a month ago and thought to myself how could I let myself go SO MUCH that a pair of WINDPANTS no longer fit me!?
That's when I started Atkins! Now they fit my rear end with some room to spare!
Just thought I would share, as I can't hold in my excitement!!! Good luck to everyone!

That's pretty outstanding! Congratulations. I noticed that it says on your post that you started on 3/20. Does that mean you lost all this weight since then? I'm new so I'm just curious. That is pretty impressive.Start Date: May 8, 2006 - Start Weight: 185

Keep up the good work.
Well, honestly I've just gone by the book with no cheating at all. I exercise about 5 days per week, but not a whole lot. I do treat myself to a soda, or splenda sweetened drink about once per week. Other than that, I have no splenda in the house, so I haven't had any deserts either. I've just bee very strict with myself. I keep and old photo of my weight before having 4 kids where I can see it in the kitchen. When I go to eat and see it staring at me I suddenly am less hungry!
I have trouble though making myself eat, as before this WOL I rarely got hungry and rarely ate(but when I did, watch out!), and now it seems even harder. I am FORCING myself to eat and have skipped the occasional meal by accident.
If you happen to have that trouble, have someone hold you accountable in your eating for your day. My hubby comes home and asks every night what I ate today. Then if what I tell him isn't enough he makes me eat something. Good luck, you will do great in this WOL.

Great job on recruiting your husband as part of your support team as suggested by Dr Atkins
