    I heard someone on here once talk about baking chicken skin into crispy "chips". I keep meaning to do that, because there is nothing I like better than crispy chicken skin with salt and pepper. mmmm

        Have to try that - any suggestions how to fix 'em?

        Also, reminds me of Grandmother's leg of lamb she always served at Easter - That had the most delicious crunchy skin!

        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

        .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

          Crush porkskins...I put them in a blender. Dip the chicken in egg then in the porkskins. Bake in the oven until ready or pan fry them in some olive oil.

            Oh, WOW!!
            Crush porkskins...I put them in a blender. Dip the chicken in egg then in the porkskins. Bake in the oven until ready or pan fry them in some olive oil.

              I always fry the skin off chicken if the recipe I am using calls for skinless chicken.

              I just fry the pieces in their own fat till crispy.
