Does anyone find when they eat cheese at night that their body tends to retain water the next day. I have had this happen a couple of times including last night. That was the only cheese that I had for the day (2 hot pepper sticks) so its not that I was over the limit. Other than that my menu for yesterday was:2 eggs/2 Strips Bacon
Cup of Veggies and Porkchop
Whole can of tuna mixed with mayo, and l carb relish over a bowl of lettuce
over 100 oz. of water.
The only thing I can see is the cheese. Anyone?
