Today was my 3 month Atkins anniversary. Wow what a 3 months it has been. This morning I weighed in at 372.6 my lowest wieight in about 2 years. This makes my total loss 55.4 lbs I am so excited. I will update pics after 60 lbs which shoulb be in a week or so. To those doubting Atkins hang in there it works. Happy weight loss.
