  • Yay! Just had to celebrate!

I'm just so happy! I finally got past that five pounds I was stuck around and lost another 7 and now I'm officially at a 40 pound loss for my 6th week weigh in!! My clothes were so tight when I started that I still can't tell a big difference...but I will eventually! I'm just happy. I keep looking at the bag of Dog food I got for my dog that's 40 pounds and think "THAT is gone from me!!!!".
I just sort of want to cry....I've been working so hard and it's been so hard at times but I'm doing it and I'm just so glad.

I just had to tell someone!!!!

Fantastic! Wonderful shrinkage! Isn't it amazing when you look at something physical that weighs what you've lost and know that you aren't carrying that around any more! Keep those sacks of dog food around... amazing incentive!

            Jen -

I am sooooooooooo HAPPY for you that I just might cry too. I know how dedicated you are to doing this for yourself - and that in itself inspires me - to keep trying to be a healthier me too!! Thank you so much for your help and support (and patience) with me during the past few weeks - just remember, although I am ridiculously busy and not always "here" I AM here with you, and cheering you on every step, skip and jump of the way.

I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you - and blessed to call you not only "a friend" but an extremely dear friend.
