Guess who is losing inches?

well, well, well
guess who lost at least 1/2 inch in her waist?
My black pants (I love them but they made me feel depressed lately) fit very well and my belt is loose, very loose
I have not weighted myself, but I ordered a brand new Tanita scale to measure fat content... very happy today
And all thanks to Dr. Atkins, Billy Blanks (I love him) and this board
