Actually I weighted myself today first thing in the morning and it was 3 pounds... I am so happy. It was either the cheese or the coffee or both that was stalling me

congratulations on your clean induction and the pounds lost!!
But as you have about 9 pounds left to goal you really dont need to stay on induction any longer.
Time to start moving up the OWL carb ladder to see what foods affect you and to discover your CCLL!
Dr Atkins told us to lose our last 5-10 pounds in premaintenance (the third stage of Atkins), so if you are not careful you will be at goal before you have worked out how to eat in the 'real world' and risk putting it back on once you start to eat 'normally'Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
