  • Weigh Day! Woo Hoo!!

    Good Moring All,

Still losing so far. I have a post in the main posting that I would like you all to read, if you have any suggestions.

I've not gotten much feed back if any.

Lost another 3 pounds since last week! It's slowing down, but I knew it would eventually. I love eating this way and I love that feeling I'm getting.

I noticed today that I've lost 3 inches off my waist since starting. Yikes! Can't wait to make that an even foot! Also, I'm buying my first new belt!! My stretchy one is way too stretched! Need something actually smaller!! YAAAY!!

I will post my first before and after pictures once I hit 25 pounds.....That should be next week, or lets say, it better be next week!! haha

Life is good! Good luck to everybody else too! Keep reading those stickys....they help!

Way to go! Certainly sounds like you're on track. I also had to buy a new belt. My pants kept slipping a bit to low on the hips. I refuse to buy any new clothes until I'm down 25 lbs.
    Keep it up!

        weigh to go keep shrinking.

moving to OWL will help as with the limited food choices and our tendency to make poor nutrient choices in our pickings from the acceptable veggies lists it is easy to get deficient in micronutrients. The extra veggies in rung one will go a long way toward fixing that and then adding the fresh dairy nuts and berries should have you going fine.

I never had any energy issue and actually had mega energy on my induction but I was supplementing with vits and minerals recommened by my doc based on my blood tests and eating.

It does take time for the humanbody to build up all the different types of chemicals it needs to process the fats from the fat cells to the ATP molecules and for our muscles to start to store more fatty acids in them for quicker energy since the glycogen stores are lower. It also takes longer to digest the Atkins style eating so you need to move your preworkout meal 1-2 hrs before hand. dont forget to hydrate too as we can tire quickly when we dehydrate.
