I am such a stress eater and when under a bunch of stress I tend to eat whatever or completely stop eating... (how my anorexia and bulimia got started) anyways my test is done and over with.. who knows what I made but I been slacking on the healthy eating department.. I have not weighed myself in a looooooong time due to me being scared of what I see and just not getting back to it.. I figure I would give it a month and than step on scale.. so I am back at my atkin eating habits
