    barb, to me it's really great. it's got a veeery soft tender texture, and lots of delicate flavor. I love it
    i know some people can't get over the fact that its a tongue, and keep weirding themselves put as they're eating. for me it's a real treat, and it's usually very expensive per pound. a while back I found it cheap and felt like i hit the jackpot so I bought pretty much everything they had. cooked, prepped and froze. excelent. it's one of the only meats I can eat with nothing at all, it does great even with no sauces or condiments.
