I've been bad about my fitday lately
but I saw a couple of posts talking about how too much protein turns into glucose...
I know about the 65/5/30 percentages... but i was wondering if there's an actual limit to how many ounces different people need to eat? I wonder if even though my percentages are fine, I might be overdoing the protein
