I'm starting my 3rd week of being back on Atkins. I thought i've been doing pretty good, but lately i've really been suffering from exhaustion. To the point where when I get home, i'm too tired to exercise.
I've been working some overtime, not too much. Around 10-14 hours a week. Work has been a little stressful, but i'm just constantly tired. Doesn't matter how much sleep I get. If I get too much sleep, I wake up with a headache, so I don't win there. If I don't get enough sleep then I wake up exhausted again.
I was starting to wonder if it's related to Atkins possibly.
Does anyone have any feedback?
