    Halfway There!!! Incredible!!

    I keep feeling like I'm being a forum hog.... but I can't help it, I just gotta say:

    I made it halfway to goal today!!!

    it's crazy how good it feels!

    It kinda caught me off gurad, I didn't realize I was close til yesterday, and then the fairy made it happen today!!!

    yeaaaaaahey

    it's crazy, I'm all excited thinking that now it's downhill.... I know, the 2nd half is gonna be harder, but I dont care, I feel like I can look back and say "I've already come this far, a little bit more and I'm there!"

    thanks you guys for all the support, this has been a great atkins-week for me. I caught my 2nd 3rd and 4th wind all at once!!

    I think I might not be this excited if I hadn't struggled through my little stall. but it just feels amazing!

    I'm so proud, I feel like I can do anything!!

          Congratulations on making it halfway! It is like you said the loss is all downhill from this point forward. You are through the roughest and toughest period of the Diet , and while there may be challenges to come, they won't be as difficult IMO as the work you have done already. Great job on all your hard work!

              Congratulations!

              Don't worry about posting too much. I LOVE your posts. I learn so much from them. You've been a real inspiration to me.
              June Goals
              1. Continue with water
              2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
              3. Continue with videos.
              4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
              5. Build stamina for more walking.


              Goals for May:
              1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
              2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
              3. Post every day.
              4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
              5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

                  Congratulations that's a huge achievement! and keep posting - I love reading your posts, some of your recipes are fab! All the pictures you posted of your food the other day were brilliant - very inspiring!! It made me want to go into the kitchen and cook!!
