Hey Everyone,
Im on day 17, and I have stalled out for the last week. ONE WHOLE WEEK!!
I'm getting kinda discouraged. I have been drinking at least 64 oz of water a day, excersizing 5 days a week (Ive gotten up to 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, and then 20 min on treadmill!!) I have also been METICULOUS about what I eat..and I mean OBSESSED. NOTHING passes my lips without my knowing whats in it and how many carbs per serving. I know I am in ketosis, the strips have consistently been in the "high" range. So...whats going on?? I'm even starting to get some cravings back, which is not like me.
The only thing that I can think of is that I have ONE SF jello at night after dinner...surely thats not whats causing it??
I know you guys have answered this type of question over and over again, but it would really encourage me if you would answer mine
