OK....... GOOD news and bad news.
The good news is that after 1.5 weeks I've finally started to loose inches off my waist again. W00t! I'm down to 33.5" after being stalled at 34"...
The bad news is that I had fish today and I think they put some light breading on it... Iit was REALLY thin if anything....... think thats super bad? I think I'm just going to really avoid having any other potentially bad carbs today like eating too much cheese, milk, or coconut...
