Hi yall,
As it is already over 100 degrees here, I am craving iced tea. I know herbal teas are supposedly allowed on Induction, but I have found a tea that has a naturally sweet herb (licorice root). The tea is so sweet you don't need any added sweetener, which of course I am excited about, because I am brewing a pot of cold tea now.
HOWEVER, although I only see various herbs in the ingredients, how do I know if it has any carbs? It is decaffienated, and doesn't list sugar, but doesn't list any nutritional information.
It is called Stash Premium Licorice Spice caffeine free herbal tea. I mix 10 of these with 6 of a peppermint tea with 64 oz water and chill....so good!!
Do you think it is acceptable?
Thanks!
