  • Sugar Free Jello Question!

okay i know aspartame is bad for you and all that jazz, so please dont tell me that, i know this, it doesnt stall me.

    My Question Is:

How many carbs does each little packet of sugar free jello have in it?
It says Zero but someone said it was Carby? I dont quite understand that? lol
    Is there hidden carbs?

    Anyone know anything bout this

    Re: Sugar Free Jello Question!

I count each snack size serving as 1 carb. It doesn't seem to stall me either and I've been eating it since day one.... I heard they're coming out with sugar free Jello made w/ Splenda! I can't wait!!! yummmmm....

There should be no hidden carbs, but I would count it as one in any case for bulking agents. I can't find the ingredients on the web to determine if it has any.

        Re: Sugar Free Jello Question!

1 gram of carb per 1/2 cup serving is what I have found in my notes. Dr. A says to count 1 carb per packet of Splenda or any other substitute.

you can check with the Jello folk. At 7 cals a serving and one gram of protein something is donating 3 more cals since it is fat free that leaves alcohol or carbs for those 3 cals which would be less then .75 grams of carbs
