    Hi all, i was just wondering if losing 41 pounds in 12 weeks is good or if i should have lost more by now?

    Weight loss is always going to be an individual experience, but I think nearly 15 pounds a month is a spectacular amount of loss. If you're following the plan and not cheating then you're going to lose the right amount. Some people lose fast, some slow. Just keep staying on the right path, progress through the phases, and you'll lose it at the right pace.

      YOU DESERVE AN OVATION!!

      Seriously, weight loss should never be determined only on the scale. Losing 41 pounds is a TON of weight in any amount of time and should make you feel amazing! I mean, getting dressed is most likely a happy experience for you now and everything must be getting easier to do from a physical standpoint.

      Since weight loss is such a personal thing and everyone does it at their own pace, I'm thinking 41 pounds is just the right amount to have lost by now.

      Keep going and before you know it, you'll be at goal!
