It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

maybe this person knows lots of high porotein foods and doesn't want to be exceeding the 30% protein so lets help 'em out.
any veggie on the list should be low protein.
all fats are low protein
now if you want to eat some higherfat lower protein meats you will just need to select fattier cuts of meat, but they will not be low protein just lower in total protein consumed because of the higher amount of fat present for the same size serving like a 70% lean burger will have less protein then the same size 93% lean one will.

Fatty meats like 2big said, also... eating the skin on your chicken will help with the percentages.bacon.adding butter to your foods, sour creams etc.Female, 30
